Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Terms

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your trip or booking with Dev Darshan Yatra, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible while adhering to fair cancellation terms.

2. Cancellation by Customer

• More than 15 days before departure: 90% refund of the total package cost.
• 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
• No show or same-day cancellation: 100% cancellation charges will apply.

3. Cancellation by Dev Darshan Yatra

In rare situations such as weather conditions, minimum group size not met, or unforeseen circumstances, Dev Darshan Yatra reserves the right to cancel any tour or package. In such cases, a full refund or suitable alternative will be offered.

4. Refund Process

• All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
• Any service or transaction charges (like bank fees, platform charges) will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Modification Policy

Changes to travel dates or package modifications are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
